Last Colors of Summer
Yesterday it was a magnificent day. At around 3pm it was magical.
The sky was clear and the air crisp. A gentle breeze brought the fragrance of the lavender, and the bees were busy collecting the last pollen before fall and winter.
As I was wondering my garden enjoying the feeling of the sun on my skin, I noticed the beautiful colors and textures of the leaves of a maple against the blue sky. If I could have frozen that moment in time, I would have.
All I could do was to capture this image to help me remember the meaning of life during times when the skies are gray, and the rain never ends.
Sometimes I wish I could freeze time.
